The best trainees in NRW were honored in Siegen.

Mr. Diedrichsen successfully completed his training as a process mechanic for plastics technology (molded parts specialization) in January 2024, and even in an accelerated form.

Immediately after his training, he was hired as a machine adjuster. Since the middle of the year, he has been doing further training to become a master craftsman.

In addition to his family, his trainer Sven Wien, representing Suttner, also attended the ceremony in Siegen.

Manuel Diedrichsen and five other trainees from the Lippe region are among the best that the Chambers of Industry and Commerce in North Rhine-Westphalia have to offer in terms of training.

The management immediately came up with the idea of using the award for best in the state to our former trainee, Manuel Diedrichsen, at Suttner as an opportunity to pay out a substantial bonus for such a special award at the end of the training. “In addition, there will be a letter from the management and a certificate.

We are proud of Manuel Diedrichsen and congratulate him on his extraordinary performance!”
