Donation instead of gifts

R+M de Wit donates a sum of € 2,000 to the association Wunschzettel e.V.

This year, the R+M de Wit GmbH made a donation to the association located in Wülfrath which is operating on a regional basis. For 25 years, Wunschzettel e.V. has been fulfilling heart’s desires of children suffering from a serious illness or disability.

Every year, the R+M de Wit GmbH does not make any gifts and the employees make donations to local charity organisations. Traditionally, the sum collected by the employees is rounded up by the management board. The money is always given to a charitable organisation.

On Thursday 10 January 2019, the management board (Alexander de Wit, André de Wit, Ralph Batz) presented Wunschzettel e.V. with the sum of € 2,000. Irena Brass, Gerda Greverath, and Theo Klingenburg were very happy about the donation. According to Irena Brass, the money will be used to fulfil heart’s wishes of seriously ill and disabled children to take their minds off their often difficult daily life for a little while.
