Employees of R+M de Wit GmbH also donated to regional social projects in 2024
Every year, the employees of R+M de Wit GmbH donate to a good cause and support various local institutions. The amount collected by the employees is rounded up by the management.
This year, Ylenia Biondolillo and trainee Elias Soukas presented a donation check for EUR 3,000 to Annika Blum. The WunschBriefe e.V. association was very pleased with the donation and was thrilled that the staff from Heiligenhaus had decided to support this association.
This money will be used to fulfill children’s last wishes and bring joy to their eyes. A wonderful cause that WunschBriefe e.V. has started here. On the website you will find many touching stories that tell of the work of the association.
The 2023 Christmas donation was handed over to Annika Blum from Wunschbriefe e.V.
“Our club has become even better known thanks to the football event in summer 2023”, reported Annika Blum in a conversation with Sabrina Wiesemöller on January 15, 2024. “We are very pleased about the donation and would like to thank you on behalf of the many children we support by making their dreams come true.”
“Even if it’s just Marc Forster’s signature on a cap…”, said Annika Blum, “we try very hard to establish contact with celebrities. We are also happy to organize events lasting several days, such as therapeutic horse riding or trips to the surrounding area.”

A beautiful tradition has been established at the family-run company from Velbert. Every year, the employees of R+M de Wit GmbH donate to a good cause and thereby support various local organizations. The amount collected by the employees is rounded up by the management.
This year, Alexander de Wit, André de Wit and Ralph Batz presented a donation check for EUR 2,000 to the Mary Ward Foundation. Peter Huyeng was very pleased with the donation.
The Mary Ward Foundation aims to strengthen children and young people’s self-confidence and social responsibility, to work together to overcome developmental delays, and to work with them to return them to their family of origin or foster family. For over 70 years, children and young people have not only found a temporary home, but also orientation and new perspectives.

R+M de Wit donates € 2,000 to the Wunschliste e.V.
This year’s donation from R+M de Wit GmbH went to the regional association based in Wülfrath. The Wunschliste e.V. has been fulfilling small and large wishes for children with serious illnesses and disabilities for 25 years now.
R+M de Wit GmbH does not give out gifts every year and employees prefer to donate to local charities. The amount collected by employees is traditionally rounded up by management. The money is always intended to benefit a social cause.
On Thursday, January 10, 2019, the €2,000 was presented to the Wunschliste e.V. by the management (Alexander de Wit, André de Wit, Ralph Batz). Irena Brass, Gerda Greverath and Theo Klingenburg were very pleased with the donation. The money, according to Irena Brass, will be used for the heartfelt wishes of seriously ill and disabled children in order to distract them for a short time from their often difficult everyday lives.
