Our team has already had some ideas for internal and external training programmes, such as specialist training with machine manufacturers, language courses such as German or English, Excel training, various customs topics, sustainability reporting and much more.

In January 2024, Oliver Pohl began his training as an IT specialist for system integration in an evening course.
By April 2025, he had consistently put in 757 hours and was able to score points with these key topics and training content:
– Administration of IT systems and end devices
(40 %)
– Databases and programming
(60 %)
With lecturers as contact persons and various learning materials, such as study books, he was able to complete his further training with an average grade of 1.5 thanks to his independent development of the learning material.
