Hier ausgezeichnet arbeiten: Recertification of R+M de Wit.
In the year 2020, the R+M de Wit GmbH was one of the first companies from Düsseldorf and the district Mettmann to receive this award. Now, two years later, the successful recertification and award of the seal “Hier ausgezeichnet arbeiten” by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Competentia Düsseldorf took place.
This award aims at companies which intend to be family- and staff-oriented and want to improve their performance sustainably. Fields such as working environment, compatibility of family and career, management, benefits, personnel development, and communication are examined. “We are very pleased to receive this award again. This certification process helped us to carefully examine everything again and to uncover potential for improvement.
Many thanks go to our employees who foster an open feedback culture and make an important contribution with their suggestions. Their ideas are not only included in the day-to-day business but also, for example, into the design of our new building in Heiligenhaus,” says Alexander de Wit, Managing Director.
The company management saved one highlight – among many other benefits – until shortly before Christmas and surprised the entire staff with a private supplementary health insurance policy which is sponsored by R+M de Wit and will provide the employees with additional health benefits. However, the company does not want to rest on its laurels.
